These are the quilts I made for my mom and dad for Christmas 2005. The burgundy & cream one is my moms, and the airplane one is my dads. These are the fastest quilts I have ever done. I completed these, start to finish, in about 3 months. And that included hand quilting both of them!! My carpal tunnel didn't like it either. I can't quilt like that anymore. I think that was the last straw for my hands. Those quilts were worth it though!! Mom and Dad love them!! That makes it all worthwhile!
